Next Plus Health — Emergency & Telehealth Platform

A comprehensive health platform built from the ground up for Next Plus Health. The system spans three products: an admin dashboard with SIP-integrated call center (NetGSM), provider management, dynamic marketplace (Next Market), sales with PayTR payment integration, enterprise benefits management, and push notifications; a React Native mobile app with panic button that sends live GPS to the operations center and auto-connects an operator via phone call, plus virtual meeting scheduling, health profile management, and marketplace access; and a whitelabel web portal for third-party integrations like insurance companies, where their customers authenticate via national ID and access telehealth services.

The Challenge

Next Plus Health needed a complete digital health ecosystem — a panic button with real-time GPS and instant operator connection, a telehealth marketplace for booking virtual consultations with doctors, psychologists, and dietitians, enterprise benefits packages for corporate clients, credit card payment processing, and a third-party integration portal for insurance companies. Everything had to be designed, built, and delivered from scratch across web, mobile, and backend.

Our Approach

We designed and delivered the entire system: a Python FastAPI backend powering an admin dashboard with SIP call center integration (NetGSM), provider and customer management, a dynamic marketplace (Next Market) with configurable categories and provider-linked products, PayTR credit card payments, enterprise benefits administration, and push notifications. The React Native mobile app features a panic button sending live GPS with auto-operator connection, virtual meeting scheduling, health profiles (allergies, diseases, medications), and marketplace access. We also built a Vite React web portal for third-party integrations — currently serving an insurance company whose customers authenticate via national ID and book telehealth consultations.
