Healthcare Personnel Tracking Platform

A workforce management platform built for a healthcare staffing company operating medical rooms (revir) across shopping malls in all 81 provinces of Turkey. The platform solves attendance fraud through GPS-verified check-ins and proprietary browser fingerprinting that detects credential sharing between employees. Administrators manage mall assignments, shift scheduling, and real-time location verification via Yandex Maps. Employees log daily patient visits with medical details and manage weekly inventory counts for medical supplies.

The Challenge

A healthcare staffing company managing medical rooms in shopping malls across Turkey had no way to verify that employees actually showed up for shifts. Staff were arriving late, skipping shifts entirely, or signing in for absent colleagues. With operations spanning 81 provinces and multiple employees per location, manual oversight was impossible.

Our Approach

We built a web platform where administrators manage shopping mall locations with representative contacts, create employee profiles, and assign shifts. Employees check in from their mobile browsers — the system captures GPS coordinates (verified via Yandex Maps) and generates a unique device fingerprint using canvas rendering and our proprietary algorithm. If credentials are shared, the fingerprint change is flagged for admin review. The platform also includes daily patient visit logging with medical records and a weekly inventory management module for ordering medical supplies like syringes and cotton.
